How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• Booking enquiry form to reserve a seat at a business networking meeting
• Application form to become a member of the group

We use the information that you have given us in order to review availability of business type for meetings and assess suitability in joining the group.
We only share this information with Forth Association of Business committee members.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep the personal information you provided via our website forms for the length of time it takes to process your enquiry (typically up to 2 weeks). We will then dispose your information by either deleting emails relating to your enquiry or in the case of becoming a member of the group and you decide to cancel your membership, removing the details you provided from your listing in our website members’ page.
